How do I book my party?

• First, make sure you have decided on your package and character, then go to the tab listed "Booking" and fill out that form.  In order to secure your party date and time, you must also pay a deposit.  Your party is not officially booked until your deposit is paid.

What is a deposit/ What happens if I don't pay it?

• A deposit is what is paid to make sure that your party is confirmed.  It ensures that we will be present, and that you must communicate if there is a cancellation or rescheduling.

• If you do not pay you're deposit, your party is not confirmed and we will not attend.

What is a Royal Assistant?

• A Royal Assistant is the princesses' helper to make sure that everything runs smoothly. They will help with set up and clean up of any activities. They also help to guide the princess and stick to our schedule.

• Please note that a royal assistant is not a performer, they are simply a character assistant.

How far in advance do I need to book a party?

• While you can book a party for whenever you want, we suggest to book at least one month ahead to have a better chance of the date being available.

What happens if I have to reschedule a party?

• No worries, you can email us to reschedule a party for whenever you would like- but know that your selected date may or may not be available, we will do our best to accommodate.  Your deposit will transfer.

When and how do I pay?

• Your deposit must be paid via PayPal as soon as possible. The remaining balance can be paid via PayPal, cash, or check.  Checks can be made out to Julia Smith.

How far do you travel?

• We generally serve in the northwest suburban cities of Minneapolis, including: Albertville, Anoka, Buffalo, Elk River, Hanover, Maple grove, Otsego, Rogers, St. Michael, Wayzata and surrounding areas.  We travel 25 miles from the centerpoint of Rogers, but if you contact us, this can be extended for a discussed additional fee.

Do you supply food or drinks?

• We do not serve food or drink unless you choose this as an add-on. We offer cupcakes as an add-on option.
