
Policies
Travel Fees: We will travel to parties held within 25 miles of Rogers, MN. Outside of this
area will be a 75¢ charge per mile. Please use Google maps or MapQuest to determine rate
from 55374. We will check and confirm the rate prior to the party. We will not travel
further than 70 miles.
Payment: Your payment must include the cost of the party package and any applicable fees, such as travel fees. This is to be paid by the end of the party. While tips are not required, they are certainly appreciated.
Deposit: Your deposit is applied to the payment of your party, meaning you must pay the $50 down payment (deposit) to secure your party slot, and then the remainder is due before the end of
your party. If you decide to cancel your event without rescheduling, your deposit will not be refunded
Cancelling/Rescheduling: In circumstances with severe weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, Charming Parties reserves the right to reschedule your party. If a Client chooses to cancel a party due to weather or unforeseen circumstances or illness, the Client may reschedule the event for a date up to three months from the original event date based on availability. An event can only be rescheduled once. If you decide to cancel your event without rescheduling, your deposit will not be refunded
Liability: The Client agrees to hold and keep harmless Charming Parties and it’s
Performers from any and all property damages and/or bodily injury damage caused by the
Client’s guests. Client agrees to not hold Charming Parties responsible for inclement
weather or other Acts of God that may cause cancellation of the event.
Damage: We understand that accidents happen, but in certain circumstances of extensive
damage, clients may be held responsible. If this happens, the client will be billed the cost
to repair/replace any damaged/broken costumes or materials.
Safety: Our performers are trained to keep the safety of your guests in mind at all times. If
ever there is a situation where the performer(s) feels unsafe, they will address with issue
with the parent/guardian. If the issue is not resolved, the performer will leave.
Location/Weather: Proper accommodations will be provided to the Performer. If rain occurs and
the event has been scheduled outdoors, it is the responsibility of the Client to arrange for
an indoor event or the entertainment will be cancelled. A chair for each Performer is
required to be provided by Client. For extreme heat and cold, we recommend holding your
party indoors. Activities may be affected depending on the weather conditions.
Adults: We ask that the parent(s) or guardian(s) or the birthday child please
stay for the duration of the party to attend to the possible needs of the children. Adults are
welcome to stay and enjoy the performance, but we ask that onlookers keep the noise level
to a minimum so the children do not get distracted and can adequately hear instructions
from the Performer.
Smoking: Costumes and property of Charming Parties are valuable and if anyone is seen
smoking, they will be asked stop or leave the area. If no change is made,
the performer holds the right to leave the party.
Pets: We kindly ask that pets be kept away during our performances.
Non-Participation and Discipline: The performer will try his/her best to keep everyone
involved and make sure the party runs smoothly. The client is responsible for monitoring
disruptive behavior and attending to any child who does not want to participate.
